Medical Facilities/Physicians: The closest physician’s office is located in Mill City, 20 miles west of Detroit. The closest hospital is located in Stayton, 40 miles west of Detroit. Specialized care can be handled at a larger hospital in Salem, about 55 miles to the west.

Police: Detroit is under the jurisdiction of the Marion County Sheriff’s Department for police services. 503-588-5032.
